Gongura Seeds (Ambadi) produces the famous Gongura also known as Sorrel in English and Ambadi in
Maharashtra. These resemble spinach in appearance but tastes very different from spinach, the small ghonghura

fiber, vitamins, minerals and are easily digestible.
