Sunflower Oil Seeds are used to produce Sunflowers which are used primarily for oil production. These oils are very
popular and used extensively in Indian dishes and households. These seeds are in greyish-green or black seeds in
teardrop shape with flowers that are large with a stunning dark brown center. They throve in full sun from early
summer and bloomed on maturity.

Sow the seeds in small containers layered with suitable potting mix, and place them in a place where they receive a lot of sun. Transplant it into larger containers or gardens after germination.
